EarthLink lied to me and promised me a return call I never recieved.  I can always call them and hold for 1/2 hour and speak too more people who are as equally caring as the two in the chat.

Is anyone smelling what I am stepping in?

This is a small business account that is paying, actually overpaying a premium to earthlink for a business class e-comm website.  This is not geocities we are speaking of, this is supposed to be the creme de la creme!  Actually you pay through the nose and recieve unknowledge outsourced support people who could care less about your problems.  This is what I find when I ask for help for which I have already paid.
